Payment methods :
Cash on delivery . If you choose cash on delivery as a method of payment, you are charged an additional 2 euros and the payment is made upon receipt of the parcel at the distributor of the courier agency. Balloons and children's tents are excluded because they are sent by a transport company that does not support cash on delivery.

Shipping costs:
-For purchases over 50 € shipping is free
-For purchases over € 50 free of charge and cash on delivery
-The products are shipped within 2-5 days because they are handmade and manufactured after the order is placed
-the cost of transport is calculated before the completion of the purchase at the checkout.

There is always the possibility of receiving the product from our store.
In case there is a problem with our site with the completion of your order, please call us at 2610333337 in order to complete your order by phone. If you want more immediate delivery of your order for some special reason please let us know and we will do our best to serve you as soon as we can.
Changes:
-In case you wish to change the product you bought you can change it with any other product of your choice of equal or greater value.
- -If you want a change, let us know by phone at 2610333337 or send a relevant e-mail to velvetwhitegr@gmail.com and send us the product back with your own shipping costs.
- No change is made if the product is not in its original condition. This means that the product must:
- Not to be washed
- Have all his labels and
- The packaging must not have been damaged.
- The product must be returned with the accompanying documents, such as e.g. the retail receipt, the Delivery Note, etc.
- Sleeping products such as pillows and blankets can not be accepted for hygiene reasons, if they have come out of their packaging.
